Job description:
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for onboarding new property listings, managing property buyers and tenants, and facilitating real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new property listings by engaging with property owners
- Consult with buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions between property owners and buyers/tenants
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Stay up to date with market trends and property values in the Athenian Riviera
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time and transactions effectively
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Owner or holder of a means of transportation is a must.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative coordination is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, docs presentations).
- Prior experience in CRM management is a plus, but not necessary.
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional fieldwork.
