Job description:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for onboarding new property listings, managing property buyers and tenants, and facilitating real estate transactions. If you have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new property listings by engaging with property owners
  • Consult with buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions between property owners and buyers/tenants
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Stay up to date with market trends and property values in the Athenian Riviera

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time and transactions effectively
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Owner or holder of a means of transportation is a must.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative coordination is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, docs presentations).
  • Prior experience in CRM management is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional fieldwork.
